About us: Climax Springs, located right in the middle of the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, is nestled in the beautiful Ozark hills. It is a small district of 230 students K-12.  We have small class sizes, averaging 17 students per class. The district is on a four-day work week, with Mondays off. We are also proud to provide our staff an opportunity to receive tuition reimbursement for staff that seek and obtain advanced degrees in their field, in conjunction with a successful year of evaluations. Interest in coaching is preferred, though not required.  Please indicate your interest in coaching with your application or in a separate email.  All jobs posted until filled.
